Owner of Stars Gymnastics,

 Owner of Stars Gymnastics, Lorena has been in the sport since childhood. She’s a tough yet motivating coach who sets high expectations, encourages growth, and makes sure every class is focused, productive, and full of progress. 

In gymnastics since they could walk, Coach Koda competed to Level 8 at Stars gymnastics. Her goal: build confident gymnasts by pushing limits, focusing on form, and adapting training to each athlete’s unique journey.

 Coaching at Stars since 2014, Johnny brings competitive drive and team spirit to every class. He pushes gymnasts to be their best while keeping things silly, fun, and focused on enjoying the journey.  

 A former Level 7 gymnast at Stars, Coach Isabel brings energy, positivity, and heart to every class. She creates a fun, uplifting space where athletes feel supported, trusted, and motivated to succeed. 

 Coaching at Stars since 2003, Adriana brings structure, discipline, and heart to every practice. Her empathetic and supportive approach helps gymnasts grow not just in skill, but as confident individuals. 

A former Level 7 gymnast, Coach Lara is uplifting, energetic, and full of heart. Her encouragement builds confidence, her passion brings joy to each class, and her humor keeps every practice fun and engaging.

 A former Level 9 gymnast, Coach Alyssa is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential. With years of experience, she creates a supportive space where gymnasts can learn, grow, and build lasting confidence and passion for the sport. 

 Coach Jay has been part of Stars for 15 years and is currently a Level 6 gymnast. Joyful and positive with a splash of high expectations, she brings fun, focus, and skill-building energy to every class.

 Coach Mireya did competitive gymnastics at Stars for 5 years and loves floor for its dance and expression. With her cheerful energy and love for the sport, she’s excited to help every child grow, learn, and shine in gymnastics. 

 A Level 6 gymnast, Charlee is kind, motivating, and detail-oriented. She loves coaching bars and lives for the look on a gymnast’s face when they get a new skill. Her goal is to build confidence and celebrate every win. 

 A Level 6 gymnast, Natalie is fun, friendly, and loves working with the little ones. She brings great energy to every class and enjoys teaching proper technique while keeping things upbeat and encouraging.

 A Level 6 gymnast, Sofia loves coaching bars and brings excitement to every class. She’s focused on helping her gymnasts learn as many skills as possible while building strength, confidence, and progress.

 Currently a competitive Level 6 gymnast, Kathryn is kind, encouraging, and passionate about coaching. She especially loves floor and focuses on helping her gymnasts build strong form, solid technique, and confidence 

 A Level 6 gymnast, Camila is cheerful and full of energy. She loves working with kids and brings a positive vibe to every class. Bars is her favorite event to coach, and she’s always excited to help gymnasts grow.

 Sophia loves coaching beam and working with 3–4-year-olds. Her goal is to be a positive role model and make sure every child has fun, feels supported, and enjoys learning the fundamentals of gymnastics.
