An active program combining movement with thinking challenges to get the body and brain working together.
A full-capacity class may be a wonderful fit for one child and overwhelming or unsafe for another. Our intake and placement process helps us recommend a starting environment where each child can be safe, successful, engaged and confident.

When intake information suggests a child can participate successfully in a traditional group, we welcome them to attend a FREE trial class.

If a child currently needs a smaller group, significant individual support or continuous 1:1 assistance, a full-capacity trial may not create a positive experience.
In that situation, our team will discuss a small-capacity class, 1:1 instruction or an individual placement appointment instead.
Start with the intake form. Our team will review the information, talk with you and help determine the next appropriate step.
After reviewing the form, a Stars team member will contact you and may ask a few more questions to better understand your child’s needs.
We may recommend a free trial in a traditional group class, a small-capacity class, 1:1 instruction or an individual placement appointment. Not every child needs every step.
A trial or individual visit helps us understand how your child participates, communicates, follows instruction and responds to the gym environment.
Together, we’ll identify an option that supports your child’s safety, participation, confidence and opportunity for success.
Once a class option is identified, our team will help with registration and any applicable funding arrangements.
