Instructional Classes: Ages 7+

 In our 55-minute recreational class, beginner students dive into the fundamentals of gymnastics on all four events. As they learn, they gain confidence and have a blast, making their gymnastics journey full of excitement and growth! 

 Once approved by the instructor, students progress to higher-level skills on all events, honing strength and flexibility. In this 1-hour and 10-minute class, we challenge and guide them to set achievable goals, fostering a strong work ethic to reach their full potential.

 As students advance, the challenges grow tougher. Consequently, classes expand to 1 hour and 25 minutes, providing ample time for improving strength, form, and technique – vital for excelling in this sport. Together, we'll reach new heights in gymnastics!
