Learn how to do a cartwheel or improve your cartwheel. Advance to running cartwheel and one hand cartwheel.
Back Handspring: 3:00-4:00pm
1 hour of progressions for Back Handspring. Start at the beginning and get as far as you can with this skill. We will make sure you learn with proper technique so you can connect round off back handspring in the future. *For students currently in Levels: 3, 4, 5.
Front Tuck (Flip): 5:00-6:00pm
Start at the beginning and get as far as you can with this skill. We will make sure you learn with proper technique so you can do a standing back tuck or round off back handspring back tuck in the future. *For students currently in Levels: 4, 5 and/or Advanced Tumbling.
Pullover/BarMount: 3:00-4:00pm This dismount from the bars is for students in Levels: Super Stars, Jr Gym, Level 1 & Level 2.
Glide Kip (Bars): 4:00-5:00pm
Progressions will include specific strength conditioning , and breaking down the skill piece by piece. Students who are able to do a glide kip will work on making improvements so the skill is done with good form and proper technique. *For students in Levels: 4 & 5
Back and Front Walkovers: 5:00-6:00pm
Progressions for back and front walkovers. This skill looks beautiful when performed correctly. *For students in Levels: 3, 4, 5, Tumbling 2 and Tumbling 3.
